While having headlined in clubs across the country, performed at over three hundred colleges covering 49 states... never once, until this weekend has Johnny Cardinale ever made an appearance at the Funny Stop.
If the previously mentioned travel wasn't enough, Johnny Cardinale has produced and headlined 17 (yes, SEVENTEEN) tours overseas for the troops in more than forty countries and has also performed on cruise ships traveling all over the world.
Johnny Cardinale has been seen in the feature film “Bobby Khan’s Ticket to Hollywood” (with Russell Peters) as well as on television with Jimmy Kimmel and Chelsea Lately plus being on Amazon Prime with Julio and Friends.
Cardinale's comedy album is in the regular rotation on Sirius/XM’s “Laughs USA” channel.
"You're gonna crush, dude" is what Pauly Shore told Johnny Cardinale moments before Johnny opened for Pauly in Las Vegas, and that is exactly what he plans to do this weekend, in his return appearance at the Funny Stop.
Mary Santora has been named the “Best Undiscovered Comedian in Ohio” by Thrillist Magazine in 2018, “Comic of the Week” by The Jackie and Laurie podcast, the “Best Female Comedian” by Cleveland Scene Magazine in 2016, 2017 and 2019, competed in the 2018 “Best of the Midwest” competition at LaughFest in Grand Rapids, MI, and is quickly making a name for herself as one of the best up and coming comics in the country. She has a straightforward, quick-witted style, and has performed alongside Dave Attell, Tom Papa, Jen Kirkman, and Kyle Kinane, to name a few. Comedians Terry McNeely and Mike Merk headline this week's shows at Funny Stop Comedy Club!

Mike Merk was born and raised in Queens, New York and has been writing and performing comedy since he was 16 years old.
He has performed in clubs all over New York City and is currently a regular at Caesars, Tropicana and Ballys Hotels in Atlantic City.
His constant battle with addiction has influenced a real, raw and honest point of view which shines through in his act.
Mike's credits include Sirius XM Radio, TMZ, MTV and his couch in queens where he watches a lot of Netflix.

"Originally from Toronto, after graduating with an honors degree in Philosophy, Aaron Berg began his career as a stand-up comedian at the famous Canadian comedy institution, Yuk Yuk's. After years of crafting an act he began touring Canada and became a headlining comic in Canada.
Nominated for two Canadian Comedy Awards and winner of the 2007 College Comedian of the year award, it was then time to go international.
Aaron Berg has headlined the U.K., the United States, and Israel as part of a forthcoming CBC Documentary "A Universal Language" which follows six comedians on their first tour of Israel.
Aaron has appeared as part of the Boston Comedy Festival, The New York Comedy Festival, as well as the nationally televised Winnipeg Comedy Festival. Aaron also performed his raw brand of stand-up at the world premiere of The Aristocrats film.

Luis J. Gomez
Luis J. Gomez is a comedian, writer, podcaster, and producer based out of New York City. He is most known for being one of the hosts of the popular podcast Legion of Skanks. His television appearances include NBC's "Last Comic Standing", Comedy Central's "Roast Battle", TruTV's "Comedy Knockout", two seasons of NBC Seeso's "What's Your F@%king Deal?!", and more.
Luis co-hosted "The Countdown" on Sirius XM's RUSH channel 93 alongside former UFC middleweight Champion Michael Bisping for 2 years. In 2017 they turned the show into the podcast "Believe You Me" which debuted at #1 in iTunes Sports. He regularly appears on Bennington, Jim Norton and Sam Roberts, The Bonfire and UFC Unfiltered.
Recently, Luis performed at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal and was named a "Breakout Performer" by Time Out NY. Jake Iannarino is a comedian, actor, improvisational artist, and musician based in Columbus, Ohio.
Jake has toured the country as a headlining act, has been in two feature films produced by Adam Sandler’s Happy Madison Productions, and recorded two CD’s for Laughing Hyena Records.

Biography
Josh, who once described what it would look like if a male cheerleader developed a drinking problem, has been performing comedy for the better part of a decade. He gives his persepctive on life as a married man in his late 30's and his ever-changing feelins about the world around him. Humility and self-deprecation make it clear nobody really hates Josh as much as Josh. His comedy can be best described by his glowing review on ratemyprofessor.com that he received during his time as a college professor: "Makes it interesting. Makes a lot of jokes, some are funny, some aren't. At least he tries."
